RULES OF ENTRY

Please read and be sure you understand thoroughly the Baystream procedures for participating in our Music Video Competition
Prepare your videos before beginning the submission process.

• All entrants must own the rights of the videos they are submitting.
• There is no limit to how many videos can be entered.
• There is no age limit to enter into the competition.
• All Videos must exceed 30secs and are limited to 8 mins.
• All videos must have a cover pic – Max size 5mb
• If the submitted images are not sized properly, the artist understands that Baystream may have to resize and crop the images to conform to the format constraints.
• Video entries cannot exceed 1 Gig.
• BAY Stream will accept video formats of : MP4, AVI, .MOV, .WMV
• Submissions are accepted via the Baystream online process or by USB delivery. The Video/s will be processed/uploaded to BAY Stream.org within 48hrs.
• Every artist whose video is submitted will receive an email notification.
• A video submission can be withdrawn at any time (it can take up to 48hrs).
• Music Videos in this competition are only viewed and published on BAYStream.org
• The number of votes of all music videos will not be disclosed to the public until the very end : ___________
• Subscriptions are not refundable
• If the Music Video Competition has less than 30 Subscriptions:
  Baystream will close the competition and Subscriptions will not be refundable.

BAY Stream Has The Right to Deny Entries That;

• Has obscene language.
• Has inappropriate nudity.
• Has cruelty to ANY living Organism.
• Has any nasty exploitation of anything!
• Just because they deem it inappropriate.
• Competition entries are only valid by Local artists of the NORTHERN RIVERS.
• No entries will be admitted after the entry closing date.
• BAY Stream has the rights to publish and promote your video on BAY stream.org, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Newspaper publications and radio.

** The Winner will be announced on __/__/__
on BAYstream.org, BAYFM, Echo, Byron Shire News.

• If BAY Stream has technical difficulties during the competition (insert legal liability clauses)
• Artists must agree with all the rules and terms and conditions before entry.
